I have this blog and i intend to use it, im not giving up just yet and a few things have happened since i last blogged.
Bannedfromserver.com is getting... popular... ish... it's a Webcomic I draw, and I've been drawing for 20 sum comics... I think like 28... 29? check it out if you have the time. No comic up yet for YoE just a bunch of poorly constructed still being worked on website. That will be finished on Saturday (launch day), initially I was going to have it all set up with a countdown clock and then once that clock hit zero go in and copy and paste some new code so the page would look all "HEY COMIC AND NEWS AND CHECK THIS OUT" like. But that didn't quite work out because I'm a lazy procrastinating bastard.
With all this laziness being said I'm completely BOARD with all the video games I have. For some reason I get on cod4... I get board fast... I get on a MMO (I own like 7 of em and have played more than I can count)... I get board... I play a new game I just bought.. and I'm board with it within like 20 seconds. its like my mind doesn't want to try at ANYTHING anymore. so, does anybody have a very interesting non killing people game that's also cheep/free that they wouldn't mind telling me about that's also fun in a way that will be like "hey gene play... play now".

College
College DUN DUN DUN.
College, one of the most important things in life, well for me anyway. I'm having a lot of trouble choosing a college. At first, I thought I wanted to design and develop video games. Which I still want to do very much so, but I was told that the field is kinda flooded, too many people want to do that. so I was like OKAY I'll just completely NOT do that and just do something else, like computer science or computer programming stuff like that. We'll it seemed like a good idea, until I found myself doing so much art over the summer that I'm finding myself wanting to go to art college as well. My options here are so fucking hard to choose from. Do I want to go to art college, and learn more about art because I've been into art for the majority of my life, or do I want to choose computer science, I do have a passion for programing. I love to script and script and script. I like going into the inner workings of a website to find out how it works. PHP is my enemy and I don't know how to start learning it.
Art?... computer science?... both? how? when? why? what college? will this benefit my future? will I even be able to support myself DURING college? at one point I wished that all this crap was chosen for me. just pick one for me and ill do it. just have a job ready for me so I can support myself. I'm more straight forward than just "hey do it yourself and I'm not gunna give you ANY help at all"

The things that are Challenging
Art, something I'm fond of. I've been doing art all my life and have never passed up an opportunity to be in art class. I've always been in art classes and I remember them all well. I've gotten really really good at drawing objects that are animated. like say humans, animals, dinosaurs, fantasy creatures. what I have the hardest time drawing for some reason, are things that are in-animate. don't get me wrong, I can draw a house... on paper with a ruler and 3 point perspective all that good jaz. but what I cant do is draw this stuff on my computer... which I NEED to do. The project im working on depends on it. So what I would like to do is get good at that, once I get good at that I can draw more complex scenes. I guess for now I'm sticking to faces and small landscapes.

Draft
Lately I've been thinking "What if congress re-instates the draft?". I don't want to go to war with anybody else. I haven't done anything to anybody. I refuse to shoot anybody. I don't care what the government or military does, they can't force me to fight. Yes they may be able to put me in jail, but then that's also stupid due to the fact that that'd basically be holding me against my will for absolutely NO crime. I'll let you know that if you think you can tell someone what to do and think its a crime that they DON'T do it then there's something wrong with you.
Also to get back on track the government would be asking me to take lives for my country, yes I will defend my country, but I will NOT defend my government, unless some drastic change in our government takes place to where things are looking no where but up, then I'll fight, but until then no. Of course that's only if the draft is re-instated.
The reason I've been thinking about this a lot lately is because it's been mentioned more than once in the past year. not on television, but at school, at home, and allover the place.

Left 4 Dead
I'm a gamer, I keep up with a lot, and a lot of video game news, I'm probably the one guy that people go to for video game news and stuff in my group of friends. My main sources of video game related news are g4tv.com, the feed, x-play, and the feed blog.
I keep up with video game related news not only because its entertaining and it actually gets me to read those really long articles thus giving me more skill points to put into my INT skill. But it also gives me a plan of attack. Which games better? which one should I pre-order first? which one should I play first? Is this series good enough for me to even READ the name?
The first game i pre-ordered was F.E.A.R 2, The other day I pre-ordered Modern Warfare 2. F.E.A.R 2 was a good buy, though I don't play the multiplayer, but the single player storyline was great. I can only HOPE that the next installment will be equaly as good.
LETS TALK VALVE:
Valve is by far one of the best video game companies out there today in my opinion. With games like left 4 dead, team fortress 2, Portal, Half-life series. and soon to be Left 4 Dead 2. All of these games have been and will be very very good. It looks to me as though Valve knows what their doing so why even try to petition against their new game. I mean yeah they promised new content for LEFT 4 DEAD, and they're doing that. They're taking a new approach to LEFT 4 DEAD 2 apparently. Though I haven't seen it yet. but i have seen the trailer and I want to beat zombies with a frying pan... please <3

29 days
I launched the websites to one of my projects today, I gave myself 29 days to get the first chapter done, after the 29 days are up I just might mention the website here. Heck maybe I'll even buy a domain name, since the hosting is free anyway.
Hopefully I can get every single page in the first chapter completed. which right now is at about 20 pages maybe even more than that. It's going to be hard, it's going to be challenging, but I have a good feeling that I'll be able to pull it off. With all my other mandatory projects I feel like I'm overwhelming myself. But that's why I have no social life :D. Jk I have a social life, it's a small one but a social life none the less.
As you can see I've been doing some blog editing here. the background isn't my work and only time will tell if I ever do get around to putting up an original work as the background of this blog. for now I'm enjoying this one. Its decent, I wanted a landscape because if I had a picture of a person or a car or something like that then people would think "wow this person must talk about (insert item here) in his blog a lot. I didn't want others thinking that.
Lately I have been doing a lot of website editing using css. most recently I used both css and JavaScript. which was a pain in the butt because the template i was working with was hard to figure out. but with about 3 hours of copy paste, re-copy re-paste, cut paste ect. ect. I figured it out. I think i should start learning the basics of JavaScript. I don't have any code memorized like I have HTML memorized but i can and probably most likely will learn sometime... maybe...
have you guys checked out this comic yet?
